Abstract:In the present society, the middle and small enterprises, as an important part of our national economy, have become an important and the most activity factor of prosperity stability of the society, and the continuing development of economy.E-commerce development, we give rise to economic theory, economic structure and economic growth, and other aspects of the change in the mode of operation has also led to corporate, organizational structure and relations between government and enterprises, and other aspects of reform, and led directly to consumers, workers and investors, concept of economic activity change. This paper refers to a lot of materials about Electronic Commerce(here in after abbreviated as EC) development in foreign and domestic small and medium enterprises(here in after abbreviated as SMEs),and theft practice of EC development.Also,it researches EC development conditions in international enterprises,and summarizes successful experiences on EC development.Meanwhile,it analyses their macro environment and inside conditions of SMEs.Under consideration of their present conditions and successful experiences,it studies and explores development tactics of EC for China’s SMEs.It raises relevant EC development tactics in SMEs.As a result of consideration of EC and SMEs,these tactics are comprehensive,practical.If these strategies are applied, I believe will yield good results.
