A STUDY OF CHINESE TELEVISION STATIONS’ COMPETITION STRATEGY IN EUROPE MARKET
ABSTRACT: media strategy is always the core soul of media management. Media strategy not only commands media corps’ developing direction, but also regulate the establishment of the media management system and the allocation of media resources. Thus it determines the present and future status of Chinese television stations in European media market. The competitive European media market is like a battle without gunsmoke, only who has the situation well in hand and knows yourself as well as your enemy can win this battle. Having the situation well in hand means well conduct of all kinds of resources like human resource, financial and material capabilities in a effective way. Knowing yourself as well as your enemy requires awareness of your competitors strategy, then adjusting your own based on your situation.
