In recent years, E-commerce in China has made rapid development and the enterprises get more and more information from it. How to manage these vast amounts of information and how to make good use of it become an urgent problem. Thus, ERP which appears as the identity of electronics management, naturally connected with the E-commerce. This thesis is commencing on the relationship of ERP and E-commerce, analysing innovation and challenge that ERP is confronted with under current E-commerce environment, and discussing the possibility of E-commerce and ERP integration. The current according to domestic enterprises in the failure of integration, combine with the practice of DigitalChina ERP and E-commerce integration, aggregating the changes brought by ERP, E-commerce using in enterprises,and analyzing the reason of the integration in DigitalChina. By owing the study of enterprise ERP and E-commerce application, summing out the significance that enterprises carry out integration between ERP and E-commerce in informationization times.
