This Paper outlines the development and changes of marketing, then analysis the background of the research, content and meaning, starts from the marketing theory in detail of the basic theory of network marketing, then focuses on analysising of network marketing than the traditional way of marketing the advantages and the prospect application . Further puts forward a platform based on mobile marketing brought about by new business opportunities.
