Nowadays, with the increasingly fierce completion, small and middle enterprises are facing the test of survival. The top priority of the small and middle enterprises are building the information and enhancing competitiveness themselves. On the basis of the situation investigation on Customer Relationship Management of Small and Middle Manufacturing Enterprises in Zhejiang Province, this article analizes the status of it and proposed the solving strategies to the problems directed against the small and middle enterprises in Zhejiang Province, for the reference to the small and middle enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
