ABSTRACT
Since the 1980s, reform and opening up, China's household electrical appliance industry after 20 years of rapid development, has become one of the most competitive market industry. With China Joining WTO,household appliances trade run in to impact of foreign competitor,profit decreases continuously.The logisticsis managed as the third profit source of the household appliances enterprise,becoming the important component of core competitiveness of modern household appliances enterprise.
However, with many home appliances enterprises the logistics involving in the logistics, we should recognize that there are some problems existing in the domestic home appliances industry logistics management. It brought not only high costs, even the impact of their activity, hindered the household appliance logistics enterprises, and even home appliances develop further. to the household electrical appliance enterprises.
In this backdrop, this paper focused on China's household electrical appliance enterprises and logistics management level, specifically address how the electric appliance enterprises and dramatic changes in the environment better upgrade their logistics management level, from the procurement logistics and distribution logistics perspective of the two months, and that analysis of the logistics of home appliances, Under its logistics and management of the status problems from the procurement logistics and distribution logistics perspective made a number of recommendations andsolutions made home appliances and logistics management is the key to enhancing customer-centered concept in the session implemented and enforced.
