This article proposed the view of information technology to enhance the customer service level, it is based on the problems I met when working on the East Company. Combine with the customer service theory and information technology application theory, I deeply analysis that how can a company introduce information technology to manage the customer data and give the customer much better service.
Based on the knowledge of information technology I learnt, mainly including database technology, Data Mining Technology, analysis and summarize the company’s customer information, set up the related contract. Digging out the implicit requirements form the ixplicit demands, in order to provide the customer better service from the customer requirement view. In order to expand the business and win more profit for the company.
