The research background of this article is that American Financial Crisis occurred the second half year of 2008 brought a serious impact on the global economy, international economic development suffered a serious setback, small companies start large-scale collapse, large enterprises began to lay off employees, the global world face a serious economic panic. China's export trade enterprises, especially the small and medium enterprises which mainly rely on exports were confronted with unprecedented development pressure and confusion.
This article is based on the actual inspection of customer management relationship in a foreign trade company where I did my graduation field work, investigated the inadequacies appeared in CRM of this company, analyzed the demands of customer information management, and built customer information database by using Access, combined related customer relationship management theory, investigated and researched this company’s customer management.
