随着经济全球化进程的加快，现代企业的规模不断扩大，业务愈来愈复杂，依靠传统的手工操作进行销售管理的现代企业会由于效率的低下而举步维艰，所以管理信息化已经成为企业发展的必然之路。 销售管理系统是典型的信息管理系统（MIS），本系统主要是对商品的进销存管理和员工、客户的管理，包括添加、修改、删除、查询等操作。
本系统采用了Borland Delphi 来设计开发主程序，并且使用了 Microsoft Access 来设计数据库，其两者的结合是实际应用中最为广泛的。
本文先对销售系统的开发背景做了介绍，接着对MIS、ADO技术和本系统所用到的开发软件做了一一介绍。之后，详细地介绍了本系统的设计思路、数据库的设计和各模块的功能。

ABSTRACT
With the increasingly fast development of the global economy, the scale of the Modern Enterprise is extending, business is more and more complicated, and the Modern Enterprise which managed by hand can’t develop because of the inefficient work. So the Management Informationize is the only way of the Enterprise developing.
Sales Management System is a typical Management Information System (MIS), this system is mainly manage the invoicing for goods, staff management and customer management, including append, modify, delete, research and other operations.
The main program of this system is designed by the Borland Delphi, and the data-base is designed by the Microsoft Access. The both union is the most widely using in the fact.
In this thesis, I introduce the development background of the Sales Management System first, as well as I introduce the MIS, ADO and the software which is used for developing the system. At last I introduce the design thought, the database design and the function of each module.
