Zhejiang Kaixiang Group limited company is one of the long history development construction enterprises in Zhejiang, but there are also problems what most China's construction enterprises have, such as: lacking of long-term and effective information communication with providers, enterprise’s logistics management is chaotic, a shortage of logistics equipment and talents, and so on.
Through the analysis to the logistics present conditions of the Zhejiang Kaixiang Group limited company and revealed the internal logistics management weaknesses, on the basis of in-depth analysis, against the logistic management issues in company, from the perspective of supply chain to analyze, the thesis proposed to strengthen the management of enterprise’s logistics: construction internet platform between enterprises and suppliers, and improved logistics management control mode within the construction enterprises, increased the intensity of investment in logistics systems and speeded up the introduction and training logistics professionals. After a series of improvements in logistics management technical, realizing logistics management level of enterprises to further upgrade, thereby reducing the costs of productions and improving the company's production efficiency to achieve profit maximization.
