ABSTRACT
With development of the demand to the goods and service， supermarkets have become the first choice for people to buy goods. Distribution Center in supermarket chain has an important position. It is only through the effective distribution center operation can be unified procurement of goods and centralized management of the branches of the demand for effective link. So the scale efficiency can be achieved. Distribution Center is the most shortage of factors in supermarket chains in china. Most chain enterprises with low levels of mechanization while abroad mainly characterized paperless distribution automation.
This thesis paper analyses and makes conclusions the Chinese RCCS based on reality， and illustrates the latest technology method of physical distribution in the world， and in the meantime puts forward a series of policies in connection with the reality. The policies are applied with the operating technology of the distribution center，And in light of actual conditions of China Distribution Center chain industry to achieve efficient strategy.
This thesis paper contains four chapters. The first chapter primarily focuses on basic features and function advantage，including the importance of distribution center in chain store marketing. The second one analyses operation and management in the distribution center .The third one Analysis of the current situation and main problems in China Chain Store Distribution Center. The forth one introduces some of the advanced technology in the distribution center of logistics.
