Currently, the logistics and distribution of enterprises is more and more important for the development of enterprises. So it is very important of optimize business logistics and distribution systems to improve their level of services and information technology, logistics enterprises to reduce costs is of great significance. However, the path optimization is the main factor which affecting delivery system, this article is based on genetic algorithms, using computer simulation technology to optimize vehicle routing problem. Through the analysis of the simulation results, then improve the traditional genetic algorithm. Major improvements, including the initial swarm optimization, reducing cross-rates, increased mutation rate, simplifying the cumbersome chromosome, the improved simulation model have greatly improved the searching speed and reduce the number of genetic manipulation, and provide strong support for the Multi-calculated-point’s genetic manipulation.
