ABSTRACT
Floor problems besetting everyday of our production managers. To explore suitable site management methods, this topic is researching the workshop of Ningbo Chi Mei LCD plant , and learning a site management method called 5S management.
As a site of work, we need to proceed from a number of aspects. First, we must enhance all of our awareness, particularly managers at all levels of the management awareness. To this end,we must recognize the importance of the site management, which involves corporate image, but also to ensure production, quality protection, environmental protection guarantee. In addition, on-site management system to further promote the quantitative assessment, standardized, full site will effectively raise awareness, and only the leading site management is fully aware of the importance of the work, they can better publicity, inspection, supervision site management work.
Second, to create and maintain a good working environment, as a hardware construction, and fully support the management work to protect people, machines, materials, a good part of the state to ensure that the law correctly and timely. This requires, on the one hand, improve production processes and production processes, to avoid creating the account, the expected anomalies occur more easily in the work of staff; On the other hand, reasonable arrangements post personnel to staff to ensure that the production operations, while capable, qualified to take the management work, would not result in many difficult situations, thereby improving site management staff for the initiative.
