ABSTRACT
With the technological advancement and socio-economic development,the traditional theory of production management has been unable to adapt to the development. The new environment promotes of unprecedented severe requirements about the production management.
By the analysis of the production management and planning approach of Dongyang Sanfeng Valve Co.,Ltd, the enterprise have this questions: workshop Management and Warehouse Management are very orderless, the Site layout are not very well,also,such as staff management and product quality management have some questions.In this papers I well main give the improvement of equipment management and product quality inspection.
In this papers , By applying the lean production management to improve the management with the combination of modern production management theory, through the use of Total Quality Management and Quality cost control and form to from to improve the equipment layout. So, in workshop production, the quality cost management in enterprise well be more better, also, the logistics efficiency well be better by the improve of equipment layout.
By the analysis of the production management and planning approach of Dongyang Sanfeng Valve Co.,Ltd,we give some effective suggestions in this paper to enhance the economic efficiency and productivity. So, Enterprises can be survived in the fierce competition.
