摘要
中小企业自身的特点，决定了其只能成为供应链的一个环节。加入WTO后我国中小企业能否抓住机遇，分享全球化的利益，将会对我国经济带来深远的影响。虚拟企业经营是一种全新的企业间组织形式，正成为当今国际管理的新潮流，根据虚拟经营的组织形式，着重分析其对我国中小企业的影响和启示。通过分析中小企业合作的基本组织形式及其特点,以当前中小企业群体中常见的中心卫星结构和企业集群两种典型合作方式及其混合结构为基础,提出建立垂直集成型水平集成型和混合型虚拟组织的原则和方法,同时讨论了不同类型区域性虚拟组织的适用领域和实施策略。

Abstract
After the accession to the WTO, it is increasingly significant for the small-and-medium-sized enterprises in china to share the benefits from the globalization by joining in the world wide supply chain. Virtual management, as an up-to-date management form of enterprises, has attracted would wide attention. This paper illustrates the characteristics of virtual management and some common forms of it, and focuses on the importance and future effect virtual management on the small-and-medium-sized enterprises in china. Ways and characteristics of regional cooperation among small-and-medium-sized enterprises were analyzed. Based on the two typical ways of enterprise cooperation, central satellite structure and enterprise cluster, strategies and methodologies of three typical virtual organizations were
proposed. The applicability and implementation strategies of these three typical virtual organizations, vertical integrated virtual organization, horizontal integrated virtual organization and mixed structure virtual organization, were discussed with some scenarios presented.
