瓦楞纸箱抗压强度因素影响研究

摘要：本文介绍了瓦楞纸箱的概况，并指出其抗压强度的重要性，在这基础上，研究影响纸箱抗压强度的因素。结果显示，除了原纸强度、瓦楞楞型、瓦楞纸板种类、流通领域外界环境的影响等基本因素外，还有箱型尺寸比例、印刷面积及设计、制造技术等可变因素对瓦楞纸箱不同程度的影响。本文主要以0201型三层瓦楞纸箱这一具体箱型为研究对象，通过试验测试，并收集影响纸箱抗压强度的各因素的统计数据，分析各个因素的影响特征；通过权重系数的比例来研究了各个设计变量对瓦楞纸箱抗压能力的影响程度；寻求提高纸箱强度方法的途径，从理论上分析一些措施和方法带来的抗压强度提高的可能性。

Abstract: After an introduction of structure of corrugated carton,this article points out its compressive strength is an important design parameter,and tries to figure out a number of elements affected compressive strength of corrugated carton.Apart from the main impacts, such as corrugating medium, types of corrugated fiber board, and environmental influences, there are also some variables involving size of carton, area of printing and design, and manufacturing technology, etc. This article, taking 0201 cartons as an illustration, analyses the characteristics of the various factors through testing and collecting statistical datas;studies the different degree of influence on corrugated carton through defining weights of the main influencing factors; seeks to improve compressive strength of corrugated carton, and enhance the possibility of compressive strength by means of measures and methodology.
