Abstract
The compound packing material of the paper/aluminum/plastic is a kind of important packing material which acquires extensively application in the daily life. Among them, the most successful and the most classical product is tetrapak packing material. The tetrapak is more and more applied owing its convenience with usage safety of characteristics. The development of tetrapak reveals the resources recovery of tetrapak is subjected to more values. This article mainly studied the recovery process of the tetrapak and impact factor of the recovery process and look for more economic, more environmental protection, more valid method. At comprehensive consider under various factor, choose nitric acid resolve and water power resolve of two kinds of recovery processes to recovery the tetrapak materials.
The process of nitric acid resolve mainly study the influence of tetrapak piece form size, the density of nitric acid, mix blend of the influence and liquid/solid ratio, and measure the recovery rate of PE, aluminum, paper in the tetrapak. The process of water power resolve mainly investigate the influence of the size of tetrapak piece, swift flow device output's energy and liquid/solid ratio, then carry on a homologous comparison, get the best recovery process of the tetrapak. Two kinds of processes all can well valid recovery tetrapak, have important meaning to the resources recovery of tetrapak.
