Abstract: Along with the printing industry technology advancement, the influence of paper quality coefficient and the printability to the print quality more and more receive professional's attention.Printing quality relate to many factors, in which ink receptivity of paper is an extremely important influence factor.
The ink receptivity of paper is one kind of performance of the paper’s physical property, it is refers to the absorption ability of paper for printing ink, in other words, also is the seepage ability of printing ink to the paper.The paper has certain ink receptivity, is advantageous in enhancing the printing ink membrane with its agglutination fastness and so on, avoiding occurrences of quality disease such as losing colour and so on. There is the extremely vital significance to study the ink receptivity of paper, regarding to improve the paper quality, and to satisfy the print request.
This topic embarking from the usual classroom instruction, mainly studies relationship between ink receptivity of paper and quality of printing product.Through the analysis at principle of ink receptivity of paper, the investigation and the experiment on actual printing quality, and analysis on the different influence aroused to the print quality with the change of paper ‘s ink receptivity, propose the improvement and the solution method to some problems from this factor.
