Abstract：In this paper, according to the technical status of current CTF, optimize its processes to bring CTF into play. Analysis the factors of what affect print quality, probe the paper, blanket, ink and other major issues. Within the offset printing quality, take advantage of control strip on the PS version, by the way of plate-making process and standardization of data， then achieve a perfect reproduction of printed materials. Finally, discussing the standardization of offset plate proofing.
The linear film is the key to make plate, subject the network deformation of positive film, is meaningful to do the normalization and standardization of making film or plates well. When proofing plates, is need to control the vacuum time, exposure time and developing time of PS version. Appropriate time control is good for ensuring the quality of printing down and increase the efficiency. In the actual production, each imaging are required to place control strip, copy of the network to track test and in line with actual situation, timely complement to the developer solution.
