Abstract: As a bridge between platemaking and printing,printing down plays an important role in the replication process.It’s quality impacts on the printing quality and printing efficiency.In order to reduce the changes that occur during printing down and keep it stable,it is necessary to control printing adaptability, operation process of printing down, material photosensitivity, data of image transfer in the overall datas of platemaking and printing processes,making sure accomplishing the replication successfully and well.There are lots of problems in the printing down,thus,it’s an urgent and important job to intensify quality management of standardization and normalization.
In the printing process,print run is a vital factor to controland also one of the important condition to decide printing quality.It affects integrity and clarity of printing,decide whether the printing products can satisfy clients’ requirement.Meanwhile,print run influence the benefit of production.besides,it can reduce product costs,increase production,ensure printing quality.Therefore,research on printing down and print run has significance to increase production quality.
