紫苏中木犀草素的检测及提取条件研究

摘 要：紫苏含有多种具有生理活性的化学成分，其中的木犀草素(Luteolin)具有很强的抗氧化性。因此，它可以用于镇咳,祛痰,平喘,解痉,抗菌,抗肿瘤,抗炎,扩冠 ，其用途非常广泛。本实验研究如何从紫苏中提取木犀草素以及不同部位的紫苏（叶、梗、籽）和不同地方的紫苏中木犀草素的含量，采用正交试验法和高效液相法研究了不同浓度的溶剂和提取方法对于得率的影响，以及不同种类的紫苏中木犀草素的含量。结果为：乙醇提取法的最优工艺条件确定为：乙醇浓度60%，温度55℃，颗粒为最小。在最优条件下，木犀草素的最高得率为0.234%。紫苏籽中木犀草素的含量最高，平均得率达到0.279mg/g。

Detection and Extraction Conditions of Luteolin in Perilla

Abstract: Perilla  contained many kinds of  bio-active substances, one of these substances was Luteolin, which had very strong antioxidant ability.Therefore,
it can be used for antitussive,expectorant,asthma,antispasmodic,antibacterial,anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory,dilate coronary,which is widely used.This test is studying how to extract luteolin from perilla,and the contend of luteolin in different parts of perilla (leaves, stems,seeds)and different local of perilla,using orthogonal test method and HPLC to study different concentrations of solvent and extraction method for the yield,as well as different types of basil in the luteolin content. The results are:the optimal process condition of ethanol extraction method to determineare: 60% ethanol concentration,temperature 55℃,the smallest particles. At the optimum conditions,the maximum luteolin yield is 0.234%. Perilla seed in the highest content of luteolin,the average rate is 0. 279mg/g.
