枯草芽孢杆菌微胶囊的制备及其稳定性研究

 摘 要：本研究利用明胶、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠、黄原胶等作为微胶囊囊材并分别利用锐孔法、倾注法制备单凝聚以及复凝聚微胶囊。分析了利用枯草芽孢杆菌菌体以及芽孢作为微胶囊芯材的优劣,并且优化了促芽孢培养基。实验分别从微胶囊制备方法、包埋率、机械性能、微胶囊稳定性以及菌体稳定性等几个方面考虑,最后得到分别以2.0%壳聚糖；2.5%壳聚糖；2.0%壳聚糖+0.5%黄原胶；这三组作为囊材制备得到的微胶囊最佳。实验也得到培养基:牛肉膏12g；氯化钠5g；水 1000ml；MnSO4 0.5g；pH7.0-7.2,能够最大限度的促进枯草芽孢杆菌产芽孢。

Bacillus subtilis Microcapsule Preparation and Stability Analysis
Abstract：In this study, gelatin、chitosan、sodium alginate、xanthan gum as the capsule material microcapsules. Analysis of the use of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus microcapsule core material as the advantages and disadvantages, and to optimize the culture medium to promote Bacillus. xperiments were prepared from the Microcapsule Preparation、 encapsulation rate、 mechanical properties、 micro-capsules, such as stability and the stability of several aspects of cell considered.End 2.0% chitosan;2.5% chitosan;2.0% chitosan and 0.5% Xanthan Gum; These three is the best material of microcapsules. Experiments have also been promoting the growth of Bacillus medium.
