Abstract: In this article, movement of the Zymomonas mobilis Aeromonas acid test to enable them to high acidic environment to survive, and used the strains after the acid test of the high acid-resistant strains to physical and chemical mutagens such as UV-EMS ( ethyl methane sulphonate) mutagenesis combined heat mutagenesis, UV-NTG (nitrosoguanidine) mutagenesis joint and increase the use of TTC plate layer and the CM, MM filter plate to a high yield of acetone acid strains. And then screened for high-yielding strains of fermentation and the use of HPLC method, 2,4 - dinitrophenyl hydrazine method, iron nitrate measured pyruvate fermentation broth contents.
