Chitin-degrading enzyme-producing strain of the condition optimization
Abstract: Chitin is a very promising and very important renewable natural polymer material, is not to cause environmental pollution, new polymer materials. In this study, chitin-degrading enzyme produced by fermentation of the optimization and design of the Plackett-Burman experiment steepest ascent experiment, response surface design and verification experiments, ultimately determine the optimal conditions for KH2PO4 0.5g / L, MgSO4 • 7H2O 0.4g / L, NaCl 0.4g / L, CaCl2 • 2H2O 0.05g / L, NH4Cl 0.5g / L, SL-7 solution 1ml / L, FeCl2-EDTA 1ml / L, yeast extract 15g / L, inoculum size 6 %, PH = 6. Optimization results can produce chitin-degrading enzyme activity of bacteria is greatly increased.
