Abstract: Salen is one of the most important ligands in catalytic asymmetric reaction and asymmetric synthesis, Salen can react with the transition metal, forming the corresponding metal complexes. It play an increasingly important role in asymmetric catalysis and synthesis of natural products and drugs in recent years. It is a very active research area. In this paper, 3,5-di-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde, 3,3' - dihydroxy biphenyl, (R,R)-diaminocyclohexane is used for synthesize a new type of chiral dinuclear salen complexes. IR, NMR are used tocharacterize structure of the complexes. The spectrum analysis of the data shows that the products are consistent with the target compounds.
