Class-D amplifiers win people favour because of their excellent efficiency,and they have been used extensively in the Power-enlargement electrocircuit which need high power and ultra bass.The blueprint and the experimental electrocircuit about the class-D amplifiers had already been given birth since 1958,but because of the low technology then and there,they had little headway during a long time. But that arosed numerous experts’ attention. And this technology has been springing up since 1999,so the foreground become better and better.
This paper discussed two kinds of projects that one adopt the groovy equipments and the other adopt a single-chip microprocessor design and create class-D amplifiers. I analyzed and calculated the cost and the service scope, Finally, I adopted a single-chip microprocessor project to cope with the design of class-D amplifier. This product designed with a single-chip microprocessor of the STC12C5410AD what the key-function is change audio-signal by program controls into the different space of PWM and output. PWM transits by unilateral push-pull and Power-enlargement electrocircuit and then through low-pass filter. At last we get the right power audio-signal.
