基于LabVIEW的热敏电阻温度计设计与实现

 摘要

 热敏电阻是利用半导体的电阻随温度显著变化这一特性制成的一种热敏元件。具有对热敏感、电阻率大、体积小和热惯性小等特点，是测温、控温的重要器件。因此，在实验室、生物体温计、家用电器和工业测温等方面应用非常广泛。
 NTC热敏电阻是一种负温度系数热敏电阻，该产品的电阻值随温度升高而降低，主要用于温度补偿、温度测量和在各类电源中作为线路保护元件。
 在设计中对热敏电阻的非线性化特性进行线性化处理，通过MATLAB对采集的数据进行多项式曲线拟合达到本设计的要求。

 ABSTRACT
 Thermistor is to use the semiconductor resistance with temperature significant change in the characteristics of components made of a thermal. Is sensitive to heat,the rate of resistance,small size and characteristics of small thermal inertia,is the temperature,the temperature control device important.Therefore,in the laboratory,biological thermometer,household appliances and industrial temperature applications such as very broad.
 NTC thermistor is a negative temperature coefficient of thermal resistance, the resistance value of the product with increasing temperature lower, mainly used for temperature compensation, and temperature measurements in all types of power lines as the protection of components.
 In the design of the thermal resistance characteristics of the nonlinear linear processing, through the acquisition of MATLAB data polynomial curve fitting to the design requirements.
