With the social progress and development of industrial technology,the concept of time migrate towards media time after natural time and clock time. In the information society,the traditional clocks has been in the crisis, but moulds duty of the new time media sense to fall on the electron ones. By the time the reorganization of our daily lives, electronic media not only detracts from the time of reference, but also through the dissemination of technology and content to create a transient, fragmented and characterized by disordered media time, to change the time of human perception, this new concept of time will be social development and human life is more profound impact.
The core of this design is AT89S51 which is the monolithic integrated circuit system that can carry on timing. The image of light-emitting diode through the system to achieve the function of time.The light-emitting diode is one kind of semiconductor solid luminescent device, which takes the luminescent material using the solid semiconductor chip.The light-emitting diode occurs in the semiconductor through the current carrier compound emits the surplus energy to cause the photon emission. Therefore I believe this system in the time function is useable, simplicity of operator and extended.
