为了对公司生产过程中的蒸汽、水等能源进行合理统一的计量管理,上虞新合成股份有限公司委托浙大中控综合产品事业部完成能源计量管理和污水处理项目。通过对上虞新合成项目要求的分析,系统采用浙大中控的PIMS(Process Information Management System,生产信息管理系统)软件,对系统信息进行采集、存储、查询、浏览,通过趋势、报警、数据库报表等实现PIMS实时监控,能够对各个车间以及各个系统进行实时监控,能最大限度地实现资源配置,能源计量管理。结果证明了PIMS能很好的应用在能源计量管理上。
论文在分析企业的信息化建设需求和国内外工业控制系统信息集成平台关键技术研究现状的基础上,结合企业信息化建设的背景,阐述了工业控制网络互联及工业控制系统信息集成平台的关键技术要点,指出研究工业控制系统信息集成平台技术的必要性。并在分析研究方法的基础上,提出了PIMS工业控制系统信息集成平台。

Abstract
The project was designed for the measurement’s management of steam, water and other energy that were bringed from the process of company’s production. Shangyu joint-stock limited Company(Shangyu) commissioned the ZheJiang Supcon Company(Supcon) to complete it. By analyzing the requirements of Shangyu’s project, the system used Supcon’s Process Information Management System (PIMS) .So the system can: collect, store, search and scan the system information, achieving real-time monitoring, maximizing the allocation of resources and energy measure’s management. The results proved that the PIMS could perform well in the energy measurement and management.
The thesis was based on the analyzing of enterprise’s information construction demands and the key technologies of industrial control system information integration platform, and combined the background of enterprise's information construction. Also the thesis explained the industrial’s control network and the key technology of the industry control system information integration platform. At last, the thesis pointed out the necessity of studying industry's control system information integration platform technology and putted forward the PIMS’s using in industry control system information integration platform。
