Abstract
Now, the switching power supply first development direction is to the switching power supply core unit - pneumatic control electric circuit realization integration, second is to, the low power switching power supply realization monolithic integration.The monolithic switching power supply integrated circuit has the high integration rate, the high performance-to-price ratio, the most Jan periphery electric circuit, the optimum performance target, can constitute high efficiency non-power frequency transformer merits and so on isolated-type switching power supply.
In this design, we through the software test and each kind of parameter request selection appropriate TOPSwitch chip, carry on the reasonable exterior electric circuit in this foundation the design, the main exterior electric circuit has the rectifier filter, the high-frequency transformer, the feedback circuit and each output circuit and so on.
In the design process, in the hardware design has used the tool PROTEL99SE manufacture schematic diagram and the PCB board chart, the software has mainly used the PiExpert software design variable. In the debugging process has used the oscilloscope, the avonmeter and so on.
