Abstract
The Design of Fuzzy Controller of Automatic Washing Machine
Abstract：Fuzzy control which developed from the fuzzy is a new nonlinear control method, For those unable to obtain the mathematical model or mathematical model of the system quite rough can perform satisfactory control, solve some problems can not be solved by traditional methods. In recent years, fuzzy control is more widely used in household appliances ,washing machine using fuzzy control technology clothes can automatic identify quality and the number of clothes, automatic identify dirty level, automatically determines the level of water, automatically input suitable detergent and other features. Not only achieved a fully automated washing machine, but also greatly improved the quality of laundry, with strong practicality and good development prospects.
This article studies the fuzzy control system structure for automatic washing machine, determines the controller's input and output, designs the membership function of input and output variables, analyses the correlation between input and output variables, established a fuzzy control rules library, gives software design ideas and fuzzy inference program processes.
