Embedded Systems product, taking digital family electric appliance as the representation, not only displays a good future for the Embedded Systems market and injects new life, but also bring a challenge for the Embedded Systems technology, especially for the software technology. With development of the Embedded Systems, widely using of 32 bit Embedded Systems processor and graphic display equipment, the target product needs more and more requirement for the GUI. The application of Embedded Systems are more and more broadened, and become more and more complicate. So it is the general trends for actualizing GUI in the Embedded Systems. By now, most of the GUI in the Embedded Systems is under the support of the operation system (for example: OS, WinCE, Linux), transferring any API function to achieve it. This dissertation is written mainly to be familiar with the design way of Embedded Systems and how to use it, take the GUI graph library in the Embedded Systems as the platform and take ADS1.2 as the developing software, design one kind of digital clock graph, which can display in the matrix-graphics liquid display module.
