The hardware design for wired control machine car
Abstract:With Smart Mobile machine vehicle technology continues to evolve and to mature, the application value and market value of the remote control machine car gradually reveal. The wired remote machine car, as a branch of remote control machine car also will welcome a new period of its development.
In this paper, STC89C52 microcontroller is used as the core device, developing and constituting the hardware system of a wired remote control machine car. The system can control operating mode of the machine car by using the control key and it has a liquid crystal display function, with a good man-machine interface, easy to operate, convenient and simple. System uses a DC motor, special motor driver chip L298N, combined with the phase drive circuit and the programmable timer / counter 8253 etc. to design the DC motor driver module; system use the programmable interface chip 8255 Scalable Parallel I / O port; HD7279-driven 4 × 4 keyboard and the production of 128 × 64 dot matrix LCD display module. Ming form a "human-machine dialogue" module, which is showing the real-time running machine car. The system can realize real-time remote monitoring for the motion of machine car, providing a good platform for the motion of robot of the board.
