In order to help blind people walk, many countries have research and production of various electronic guide device, but most of them are high cost, such as the blind robot and other electronic devices. This paper puts forward a kind of MCU development of ultrasonic waveguide blind device design, it has low cost, practical and accurate.
This paper firstly introduces the working principle of ultrasonic distance measurement and ultrasonic sensors and the reason of errors and detailed introduces the solution about error, so as to improve the accuracy of ultrasonic waveguide blind.
Then the paper introduces the hardware part, it adopts single-chip microcomputer AT89S51 control the system, the circuit mainly consists of transmission circuit and receiving circuit, and use NE555 to produce the signal, CX20106 is used to amplify received ultrasonic signal, SCM is for distance measurement and control buzzer to alarm.
Finally, this paper introduces the whole circuit testing process.
Anyhow, this paper from the theoretical and practical production introduced the design and production of guide of electronic instrument, successfully completed the graduation design..
