Abstract
Linear motor, compared with the rotating motor can be a relatively new motor, is mainly due to the linear motor no gear transmission or rotated to linear motion from the transform device, is a motor can be directly convert linear motion mechanical power transmission device. This kind of transmission device despite earlier in the 19th century, and put forward some practical life exists many need linear motion, but very long period, due to the linear motor in theory and technology in itself is not perfect, mainly because no play linear motor strengths, avoided or overcome shortcomings, so it needs straight-line movement in its drive occasion, almost all is the source of the mature technology in rotating machines. Practice has proved, linear motor drive towards other only have difficulty, economic development, the field not economical to find the linear motor unique applications. Compared to rotating motor,the linear motor has obvious advantages: such as simple structure, no contact or abrasion, low noise, high speed, high accuracy and so on.In recent years, along with the requestment for industrial processing quality and precision of movement location, the linear motor has been widely used in many situations. Therefore, the linear motor is studied in this paper.
This study is the use of ANSYS software to calculate the temperature field of linear motor. In this thesis, the secondary steel cylindrical linear induction motor as an example. In the study of the linear motor of the knowledge, to seriously study the finite element theory and heat transfer of knowledge, the use of ANSYS software to calculate the temperature field of linear motors. Establishes a relatively complete theoretical analysis model and calculation method of linear motor, the design and optimization of great significance.
