Design of the Lift Control Model System
Abstract: The system is a integrated design which contains ray,motor and electricity. In this system, the AVR Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) ATmega8515 is the center-controlling unit. Exteriorly by using electrical examination circuit,select floor circuit,DC motor drive circuit,display circuit to realize the five-floor lift model control. Electrical examination circuit can check the position of the elevator to SCM precisely and safely according to the photoelectric reflection sensors placed at each landing door of the elevator. There are eight lights and eight keys outside the lift model and five keys and five lights in the lift car. Select floor circuit uses these keys and lights controlled by SCM’s I/O ports to show the state of the lift. In this system, the motor is drove by L293D. By means of making use of software to control the DC motor in order to realize the lift car up and down in the guide rail and using hardware to change the driving voltage in order to control the motor’s speed, the LED are used to display the landing number of the floor after detecting the hall button signals and reflection signals. By setting the hall buttons in the elevator and using balance shaft to balance the lift car, the control of the system would be more facility and accurate.
