Abstract
WinCC is a component of Human-Computer Interface in SIMATIC PCS 7 process control system or other Siemens’ control systems. SIMATIC WinCC,Manipulator in the course of many working people to imitate the various movements. Manipulator lot of work to be completed, such as the removal of, assembly, cutting, sprayed with, and so on, is widely used. The graduation project through Wincc monitoring software on the manipulator kind of teaching model for remote control, which is to achieve OPC server S7-200 and Wincc communication between the intermediate station. Monitoring in the design of the interface before the first model to understand the mechanical manipulator structure, the electrical connection to understand stepper motor, stepper motor drives, sensors, limit switches, switching power supply, electromagnetic valve, and other electronic devices function of the software in order to understand S7-200 procedures, know which of the control requirements, understanding mechanical hand control of the address distribution points. The Wincc through the surveillance and control of these address the home-reduction, so as to achieve remote monitoring the operation of mechanical hand.
