PLC在喷码机运行部分中的应用

 摘要
 在造纸行业中，喷码机在造纸的最后几道关卡中起到了至关重要的一环，它得标识各种信息，如：一卷纸的重量、长度、产品等级、产品编号、规格等。虽然喷码机的技术现在比较完善，但是与国外其他品牌相比，国产的喷码机更需要改进。因其高强度，长时间的作业使喷码机的寿命降低，以至影响整个工业生产速度。
 本文主要是研究可编程控制器在喷码机运行部分中的应用，运用PLC控制设计喷码机的运行与控制部分，在电气传动的基础上设计、调试，提出PLC编程方法，以及运行和调试程序。实现了喷码机的准备、启动、运转等部分的自动控制。
 本文先从喷码机原理着手，根据喷码机中各个部位的运行、控制要求，再结合PLC的工业控制功能，最后编写逻辑控制程序。

Abstract
