The transmission grids in developing countries are weak, and the structure of many grids is not reasonable, so the problem of capacity resource restriction of grid in developing countries is more serious than developed countries. in developing countries need reflect sufficient economy information and promote to use network resource fairly and reasonably.Nowadays,because of the limitation of the technical condition in China, marginal cost pricing method is improper, this paper proposes to adopt two-part electricity pricing for transmission pricing of direct power supply for large customer, transmission price is divide into the fixed cost and the volatile cost. A new method for transmission pricing of larger customer in power market is presented based on Shapely-value of games theory. The validity and feasibility of the method are illustrated by specific examples.
