Abstract
With the acceleration of global economic integration process, firms compete in the final analysis the performance of the competition for human resources, so human resources development and management position in business management is particularly important. So how to guide and actively promote human resources development and management of it, which is an important part of human resource management performance evaluation. Which, due to limited human and material resources of private enterprises because of human resource management has a number of shortcomings. This paper introduces the evaluation of human resource management, discusses the fuzzy evaluation in human resource management application, build a human resource management model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and application of the model of a medium-sized private enterprises in Hangzhou, Human Resource Management Situation analysis the company's human resources management of the effectiveness of the preliminary. Finally an analysis of the model for the state of human resource management and error adaptation of the reasons that the private enterprises should strengthen a number of measures of human resource management.
