Abstract
The higher education is relate to our province's development and people living standards improved, student tuition is an important part of mean cost of student training, according to the basic situation of University in HangZhou, determine reasonable tuition for higher education standards, it is alleviate the cause of financial burden for education, also good for the poor students of the problem of school, then it will better reflect the fairness of education.
Through higher education’s several impact factors, such as family income, per capita GDP etc to data processing, analysis. For the existing higher education standard, we introduced in a simple tuition model (model I), this model have two tuition standards, they were taken into account focus on mean cost of student training and family income, through it we can predict tuition based on survey data, with the existing tuition standard, calculate, analysis and forecasts tuition and actual charges’ difference.
For the existence lack of a simple tuition model, we introduce a comprehensive model (Model II), that is, considering mean cost of student training and family per capita income, in accord to the basic situation of University in HangZhou, integrated urban and rural family income and per capita GDP for establishing tuition standards. At the same time, taking into account the differences between four major categories, professionals of science and engineering, humanities, arts, teacher training, considering all the different mean cost of student training, to explore the tuition standards, we obtained the prediction of these major categories’ tuition.
In this paper, the model conclusions of the condition of the actual situation in University in HangZhou put forward a number of correlation suggestion for higher education.
