 摘 要：本设计是一个年产5万吨涂布白纸板制浆造纸综合工厂设计。重点：日产60吨芯浆生产线工艺设计。本设计本设计以废纸为主要原料，追求绿色为前提，积极履行国家环保要求，经过碎解、脱墨等工序抄造涂布白纸板。共分为四个部分。第一部分包括以下内容：工程设计的背景、工程设计的必要性和需求预测与设计规模；第二部分包括以下内容：工程设计条件和总平面布置；第三部分包括以下内容：全厂生产车间组成和车间生产综合叙述；第四部分包括以下内容：厂房建筑与结构、给水与排水、动力、自控与仪表和环境保护与综合利用以及劳动安全卫生。
