摘 要：涂布白板纸是国内外的市场需求量较大、发展较快的主要纸种之一。其主要作用是用于各种包装，为了满足国内市场的需要，全国各地，纷纷上了不少白纸板新项目。国产白纸板的生产能力也在成倍的增加。面对日益激烈的市场竞争，如何降低涂布白纸板的成本，提高市场竞争力，成为了不少企业需要面对的重点问题。
本设计为年产10万吨涂布白板纸的工厂设计，主要分为两大部分：一是面浆生产线的工艺设计；二是衬浆生产线的工艺设计。设计过程中，根据制浆造纸相关手册中的造纸工艺流程，结合工厂的生产实际，确定生产线流程，并画出流程图，进行浆水衡算和设备选型。
由于设计经验不足，整个制浆工艺流程和工厂的设计存在着一定的缺陷，有待于在实践中根据实际情况进行进一步的改进。

Abstract: White coated paper is greater market demand at home and abroad, the development of a faster one of the main paper. Its main role is for a variety of packaging, in order to meet the needs of the domestic market, all over the country, one after another on a lot of white board new projects. White Board made the increase in production capacity is also doubled. Faced with increasingly fierce competition in the market, how to reduce the cost of Coated Paperboard, improve market competitiveness, many enterprises need to become the key problems.
The design for the annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of coated paper white plant design, is divided into two major parts: First, plasma surface technology production line design; Second liner pulp production line process design. The design process, according to Pulp & Paper-related paper in the manual process, combined with the actual production plants to determine the production line processes, and draw a flow chart for accounting serofluid and equipment selection.
Due to lack of design experience, the entire pulping process and the design of the factory there is a certain amount of defects, to be in practice, according to the actual situation to improve further.
