Improvement of paper strength made from secondary fibers with natural macromolecules
Abstract :In this paper, the study is a natural polymer fiber of the second paper to enhance the role of the paper, the Institute used the natural polymer are as follows: chitosan, cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and corn starch b element system (1:3), cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and corn starch binary system (1:5), cationic polyacrylamide and chitosan binary system (1:1), cationic polyacrylamide acid amine and chitosan binary system (1:2), amphoteric starch, cationic starch, cationic starch and polyacrylamide PAM (molecular weight 3,000,000) binary system (1:1), were tested by a paper copy Indicators of physical properties (mainly quantitative, tensile strength, tear degrees), and compared the results of a series of drawn so as to arrive at the natural macromolecular compound in the above-mentioned amphoteric starch and cationic polyacrylamide and corn starch binary system (1:5) of secondary fiber paper paper to enhance the effect of the most significant, and gender of starch in 1.5% -2.0%, cationic polyacrylamide and corn starch binary system (1:5) in 0.4% -0.5 % add the best range to be used in actual production.
