Abstract: This design is about a 150,000 tons kraft liner box board pulping and papermaking combine. The key point is the pressing、paper drying、reeling and winding craft design of daily production 450 tons kraft liner box board.
This design is divides to eight chapters, and five parts: The first part mainly is regarding this the design significance, the background, basic document, for instance raw material, energy, geographical position introduction, in addition also includes the target which the design product must achieve, and the Design feasible introduction. The second part mainly is to some craft conditions introductions, including factory arrangement as well as production craft, equipment shaping introduction. The third part is mainly about to the waste water, the waste gas, the waste residue processing method. The fourth part mainly to introduce the power, the steam and the heating ventilates. The fifth part mainly introduced the security technology as well as guards against the measure fire, the building specification, with personnel's equipment.
