With the continuous development of information technology and application， we have a network era. Network technology in education and education for the field， synchronous or asynchronous interaction provide strong technical support, will affect us deeply traditional education model, then also appeared a new teaching form, the network teaching.
The paper mainly introduces the concept and definition, and the development situation at home and abroad, sums up the problems existing in the development of network teaching: teaching orientation and development issues, teaching resources and process problems, teaching and service support.
