ABSTRACT
The "three-Nong" problem is the most concerned problem in the construction of new rural areas. And education is the core of the "three-Nong" problem. Under the new building of the rural background, how to improve the quality of the peasants, improve rural education standards will be put on the hot issues. The quick development and wide application of information technology have had a fundamental, general impact on lives of human society and economic lives .The new rural construction of Zhejiang Province is taking place deeply, but how can information technology act? It is really worthy doing some research on it as a information technology worker. This thesis is as the smaller subject to the subject of Zhejiang Province Philosophy Society and Science project<effectiveness research on information technology application on new rural education service system>. Through the two representative cities mountain school education system the application of information technology to the status of the investigation, effectiveness of the use of accurate data reflect current problems, and to provide appropriate countermeasures the benefit of the new system of rural education services to refine and better services to the new rural construction.
