ABSTRACT
With the application and infiltration of the Information Technology , which represented by the Multimedia Computer Technology and Network technology and Modern Communication Technology , in the field of education , the Education Resource Management System accesses to continuous updating , we found that the pasted theory of Information Management and Technology can’t meet its development needs , particularly for the important carrier of knowledge in the management of people , and to promote the internalized educational resource of modern distance education to be learner’s knowledge , it seems powerless . However , Knowledge Management (KM), as the extension and development of Information Management , remedies many insignificances of Information Management in many aspects . We can use KM to instruct the research and design and development of Education Resource Management and its corresponding platform .
After reading a lot of relative literature , the author analyzed the status and the development trend of Education Resource Management System and KM , and the important significance of KM in this field , then proposed the design and development which based on KM of Education Resource Management System , while the author hoped it could play on this subject .
