康华大厦给排水消防设计

摘 要
 本工程建筑面积约4.5万平方米,。地下2层,地上20层办公综合楼。建筑总高度为 79.93 米。系一类高层民用建筑。地下两层为车库,1-3层为票据市场,4-15层为办公区,16-19层为宾馆,20层为餐厅。本次设计所需要解决的是建筑内的给水系统,污水系统,雨水系统,消防系统及热水系统的设计,满足人们日常生活的需求。本次设计需要解决主要问题是各系统的选型,各系统管道的布置与敷设及相关计算。水源:市政给水:室外管网水压0.10~0.28Mpa;给水管径DN300。    
 排水:雨水、污水均排入城市污水管网。市政管网雨、污水分流。暴雨强度等相关资料按江苏溧阳地区在设计手册上查找。
 建筑条件:建筑物耐火等级一~二级; 火灾危险等级为中危险级。
 设计内容:给水,热水,污水,废水,雨水,消防,自喷系统。
 供水系统共分三个区,低区:地下室和商场部分即-2~4层为低区,由市政给水管网直接供水;中区:5~15层设一组变频水泵供水;高区:宾馆和餐厅部分16~20层,供入高位水箱再供给。水泵房设在地下室。水箱容积为100m3,采用不锈钢成品水箱。变频供水设备的供水流量按各区的设计秒流量,压力可保证顶层的供水压力不小于0.1MP
宾馆和办公楼部分设集中热水供应,热源为锅炉房提供的高温蒸汽,通过热交换器产生热水。热水主要供高区的宾馆和中区的办公楼,设计供水温度为60℃。
 室外排水采用雨污分流制,室内排水废污分流。
 消火栓系统在地下水泵房内设高区和中低区合用一套消防水泵,消防管道成环状布置,竖向以设备层一为界采用减压阀分区,减压阀阀后压力0.2Mpa,上下区静压均不超过1.00Mpa;5~10层采用减压型消火栓,以保证栓口压力不超过0.50MPa。
 自喷系统在地下水泵房内设二台自喷给水泵,控制配水管压力不超过0.4Mpa并且满足火灾初期最不利点喷头的喷水压力。

Groundwater pumping station equipped with fire hydrant system in the high zone and low zone 2 fire pumps, fire pipeline into the ring arrangement, the vertical to the device layer is bounded by a valve area, after the regulator valve pressure 0.2Mpa, up and down District static pressure not more than 1.00Mpa; 5 ~ 10 layers of vacuum-type fire hydrants to ensure that population pressure does not exceed bolt 0.50MPa. Since the spray system in the groundwater pumping station equipped with two sets flowing to the pump, control with no more than 0.4Mpa water pressure and to meet the most unfavorable initial point of the fire sprinkler water spray pressure.
