Abstract :The emergenee that design management to be a newly arisen euorse is the inevitable outeome of the modern times eeonomie development,its development Relate to the Porgress of the industrial design,the traditional design has entered one Brand-new design management age from here.As a branch of the industrial design, costume design is also in need of design management undoubtedly。For the brand clothing business enterPries,Design management has very high latent energy in creating the direct value and immaterial assets,it constitutes important aspect of the enterprise core competeneies . Only management to develop its function,then can Design exert worth-creative Power of itself really,so that make the innovations of the enterprise have the plan,have the step and carry on availably ande cntinuously,also then can establish own position in inereasingly violent market competition。
This article throuth four parts to discuss how to improve the efficiency of the Design department in the company through the reasonable design management.The first part describes the meaning of design management and status quo of the use of the fashion design management in China.The second part analysis the the main factors of the impact on the efficiency of corporate fashion design and development.The third part makes some reasonable measures and means for the efficiency of product development issues.The last part takes the garment enterprises of China Prospects and points out that how to improve the efficiency of fashion design management will be the main competitiveness in the future.
